Your reservation is confirmed once a valid credit card is provided to hold the booking. No deposit is required if you choose to pay cash upon arrival.
Failure to show up or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
We understand plans change. If you cancel at least 4 days before your scheduled rental, you’ll receive a full refund.
If your cancellation is within 4 days of your reservation, please call us to discuss your options.
Running late? Unfortunately, we cannot extend your rental time due to back-to-back bookings. No refunds or credits are issued for late arrivals.
Weather can be unpredictable on the lake. We monitor conditions closely and are happy to reschedule or issue a credit if unsafe weather impacts your booking.
